THE EVALUATION OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN ARAB STATES OF THE PERSIAN GULF By Nadeem Ahmed Khan

The meticulous research was conducted to analyze how project management practices and theories of construction in Iran have been upgraded in previous years. The study further describes and represents how a project management framework for the entire construction sector of Iran could be helpful to substantiate the impact of appropriate or inappropriate use of project tools, procedures, and practices on different project conclusions.

Author's Biography

He successfully graduated from Bangalore (India) in Mechanical Engineering in the year 1999 and then he started his career as a Mechanical Engineer in Enersave Consultants Pvt. Ltd Bangalore, India till December 2002. He later joined Bilt Middle East LLC Dubai, as a Senior Mechanical (HVAC) and managed a chain of prestigious projects.

Then he was upgraded to the Sr. Project Engineer at National United Engineering Co. LLC in Oman. While working on different projects he completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from MIT Pune, India. Afterwards, he was appointed as a Project Manager at M/s Z & Z Engineers, Delhi Metro Rails Projects in India where he undertook Metro Rail Project and successfully concluded with great outcomes. Then he was employed as a Project Manager (MEP) at Mechel Engineering WLL. (GERSEY Group) Qatar, where he productively managed and accomplished three phenomenal projects and developed estimated results.

For many years’ construction and development system has been evolved to modern technologies, which has motivated him to ace in this esteemed domain. From India to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia he has been leading and managing different infrastructure projects and transformed himself into a Senior Project Manager (MEP) and now he is working in a reputable organization in KSA as a Senior Project Manager.

He is also a professional member of the Saudi Council of Engineers KSA and has completed different courses in corporate construction development.
Currently, he is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Mayford, USA, and aims to find new and greater opportunities in an honored organization where he can prosper with his great experiences and valued qualifications.
